“Please keep my wife and my family in your prayers. My wife has been diagnoised with Huntingtons disease. Hunting disease is a terrible disease that kills the brain somewhat like Alztimers but also like Parkisons disease. It’s a genentic disease that is past down from family members that have it. we had no idea that wife was at risk or even heard of this very aggressive disease because she was adopted at a very young age. Many years of doctors and different diagnoises before we found out what it was. Stress caused me heart trouble in 2008 and unable to work. I have 4 children, 3 of them are saved and the oldest son is not. The oldest is my stepson but i love just as much as the other 3. Jesse was 2 years of age when he stayed with his biological father for the weekend. During his visit his father left a loaded handgun underneath his couch. All the adults took a nap and left several children unsupervised. The children found the gun thinking it was a toy. The children began to fight for the right to play with and that’s when it happened. My son had the barrel end of the gun while another 2 year old had the trigger end. The gun went off shooting him in the head. God spared his life but left him with learning disabilities. My wife disease is terrible , no cure , no treatment and no slowing it down. My fear is my children will get this disease. It will be worse on my oldest. I’m really scaerd. It’s a 50/50 chance my children could have this disease. My wife is only 47 years old but her mentaliaty is that of a 2 year old. Please ask your churches to keep us in your prayers, we need all the prayers we can get. Thankyou , i love my fellow brothers and sisters in christ and God Bless all of you.” – darrel latham
